Welcome to CodeAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CodeAI website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by BBCO OU ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

  • Client: Any natural or legal person who has entered into a client relationship with BBCO OU and is actively using, or has used, the services of CodeAI.
  • Services: The AI-powered coding assistance, platform features, and related tools provided by CodeAI.
  • User Data: Information, code, and content that you submit to or generate via the Services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, code, and underlying technology, are owned by BBCO OU and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the code and content you generate using the Services, subject to any license grants necessary for us to provide the Services.

5. Payment and Refunds

Certain features of the Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.Policy "no refund": If you plan to use only a free period via a coupon, do not forget to cancel your subscription before the start of the paid month.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBCO OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
